Description

Spacious 3-bedroom apartment on Rambla Exposició in Vilanova.~It is a third floor with an elevator, with lots of natural light thanks to its orientation (south) and its location, since it has the Renfe Station warehouses in front of it. from Vilanova. ~In its original state, the apartment had 4 bedrooms, but it was renovated and one room was eliminated, joining its space to the living room, turning it into a large room. ~The same living room gives us access to a large balcony that overlooks the same Rambla Exposició. ~The double room (it is a suite with a built-in wardrobe), which we have right next to the dining room, also has access to the same balcony on one side.~The other two rooms are interior and overlook the light patio of the building. We have 2 bathrooms in total, both with bathtubs.~The kitchen, completely renovated, is spacious and has a space to put a table and chairs. It also has an induction hob and space for a dishwasher. At the back of the kitchen we have the laundry room integrated and closed with aluminum. ~~The apartment has the possibility of installing a fireplace in the dining room, and due to its height and orientation it is warm in winter.~On the fifth level of the building, we have a large storage room and a community terrace, although you can lay the clothes in the laundry room window that overlooks the patio. ~And as an extra, it has an optional parking space, not included in the price, in the same building. It does not have direct access with the elevator, but we can access the basement using stairs that we find in the hall of the building.
